Hala Sweets started out as a small mother-daughter duo creating fun cakes for family and friends. Quickly, we grew into a flourishing cake decorating business specializing in custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, and events. In 2022 we began hosting in-person cake classes to share our love of cake decorating and education! This year, we're scaling back to focus on our community, education, and accessibility! You may be wondering... what does this mean for Hala Sweets? We've decided to no longer take on any custom orders for the 2023 year. This year will look a little different and we're excited! Hala Sweets is committed to making the world a little sweeter, one cake at a time! We're dedicated to raising awareness and our voices for injustices and change. Our goal this year is to ramp up our raffles, donation cakes, and our work with Bakers for Change and Bakers Against Racism. Hala Sweets is a safe space for all people where we support and uplift others as we build our business in the community.
